1. Website and app use

By using the Elite Bridge Staffing website, submitting a form or using an Elite Bridge mobile app, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the website, submit false requests, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with service operation.

2. Informational content

Website and app content is provided for general information about non-medical care coordination, caregiver opportunities and staffing support. Content is not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.

3. Non-medical services

Elite Bridge Staffing focuses on non-medical home care and staffing support. We do not provide emergency medical services through the website or app. For medical emergencies, call 911.

4. No automatic agreement

Submitting a care request, staffing request, schedule call request or caregiver application does not automatically create a care agreement, staffing contract, employment relationship or guarantee of service. Any service, placement, assignment or employment opportunity is subject to review, availability, screening, eligibility, documentation and written confirmation.

5. User submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through forms or app features. Elite Bridge may use submitted information to contact you, evaluate requests, coordinate next steps, improve operations and maintain records.

6. Mobile app features

Elite Bridge mobile app features may include login, profiles, shift visibility, schedule information, clock-in or clock-out workflows, messaging, application status, care matching tools and employer coverage tools. Features may change over time and may depend on account role, permissions, availability and operational requirements.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the website and app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, device limitations or third-party services.

8. Third-party services

The website or app may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, analytics, maps, scheduling, app distribution, notifications or other operational needs. Use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

Elite Bridge Staffing names, branding, website design, text, graphics and app materials are owned by or licensed to Elite Bridge Staffing unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Bridge Staffing is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from website or app use, delays, incomplete submissions, unavailable services or reliance on informational content.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our website, app, services or legal requirements change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
